This recipe was excellent. I was going to prepare 10 pounds of wings for a large BBQ - So I doubled up all the ingredients for the large ammount of wings. After whipping up the batch of sauce, I tasted it, and feared it might be too hot for my guests... but after cooking it, the grease and water of frozen wings really thinned it out, and guests commented that it was flavorful with only a small but good kick to it. The meat was so tender from the long cooking time that it melted off the bone when you ate it.

It did however take a bit longer to cook for the large ammount I made. After cooking for about an hour at low, and discovering the wings were still cold, I turned it up to high for a good 15 minutes and then resumed cooking at low. Took about 5 hours to cook the 10 pounds of wings.
