The sweet taste of the strawberries and honey add quite a taste to the entire dish.
Place chicken between waxed paper and flattened to 1/2 inch. Melt butter and oil in large skillet. Add chicken and sauté for a few minutes on each side. puree 1/2 cup of the strawberries in blender. When chicken is done remove and keep warm. Add pureed strawberries and honey to pan and heat thoroughly. Add sliced strawberries and stir gently. Plate up the chicken and spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with almonds.
This recipe keeps you moving when using the blender. I think I need to add something to the half cup strawberries in the blender to give it a little more volume
