A great dressing for your Caesar Salad.
Much better than the store bought kind.
Place the first seven ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and turn on the motor. Then with the motor running slowly drizzle the Olive oil into the bowl until it has emulsified. Next add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Make sure you add the oil very slowly and process until thick. If you find it is too thick you may add a couple of tablespoons of warm water.
