4 sl Bacon
2 ts Flour
4 Chicken breasts; boned
1 tb Kitchen Bouquet
1 ts onion; Minced (up to 2)

submitted by Mrs. David C. Norton (Florence "Dee" Holmes) Easy - may prepare ahead, serves 4 Salt and pepper chicken, then sprinkle with onion. Wrap each loosely with bacon. Mix Kitchen Bouquet and flour into a paste. Roll wrapped chicken in paste. Place in covered pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Farenheit.
