Original recipe makes 4
2 cupschicken; Finely chopped, cold cooked
1/2 cupcelery; Finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoonFresh Lemon Juice
1 dashHot pepper sauce
1/2 cupMayonnaise
2 largeavocados; Ripe
2 Eggs; Hard cooked, sliced

Chicken-Avocado Salad Preparation

Halve avocadoes and remove seeds.

Scoop out pulp and reserve avacado shell. Dice pulp and add to chicken mixture. fill chells with mixture. top with egg slices. serves 4 Enjoy, Lei Recipe Archive - 5 August 96
