Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 cups chicken; Finely chopped, cold cooked
1/2 cup celery; Finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 large avocados; Ripe
2 Eggs; Hard cooked, sliced

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preparation

combine all ingredients except avocados and eggs.

Halve avocados and remove seeds.

Scoop out pulp and reserve avocado shell. Dice pulp and add to chicken mixture. Fill shells with mixture. Top with egg slices.

serves 4
