Combine Quaker Oats, brown sugar and butter. Pat into 9x13 pan. Chill.
Drain cherries, reserving 1 1/2 c cherry juice. Heat cherry juice, add jello and stir until dissolved. Put in refrig until partially set. Mix drained cherries, marshmallows and nuts. Let stand while jello is setting. Beat jello until frothy. Add cherry mixture. Whip cream and fold into jello and cherry mix. Pour over base. Chill until thoroughly set.
