Suggest a better descriptionSimmer potatoes, sage and salt till soft.
Separately, sauté onions in olive oil till
soft and golden brown. Add chopped greens
and whole cloves, and broth to sweet potato
mixture and simmer awhile longer. Add the
cooked onion and let cool awhile. Blend in
pot with an immersion blender. Drizzle with
olive oil and serve.
