|3/4 cupLong grain rice|
|1 poundGround beef; or raw bulk sausage|
|1 smallOnion; chopped|
|1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder|
|1/4 cupGreen pepper; chopped|
|1/4 cupHorseradish; prepared|
|1/4 cupCelery; chopped|
|1 tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce|
|1/4 cupGreen onion; chopped|
|1 canTomato soup|
|1 teaspoonDry mustard|
|1 teaspoonHot sauce; to taste|
Spicy Rice Balls Preparation
Oven Temp: 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4
Combine all ingredients except tomato soup, water and hot sauce. Mix together well.
Make balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place in baking dish.
Combine tomato soup, water and hot sauce and pour over meatballs.
Bake, covered for 1 hour.
Makes 30-36 small meatballs. Serve with toothpicks as hor doeuvres.
