| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 poundGround beef; or raw bulk sausage |
| 1/2 teaspoonPepper |
| 1 smallOnion; chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 1/4 cupGreen pepper; chopped |
| 1/4 cupHorseradish; prepared |
| 1/4 cupCelery; chopped |
| 1 tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 cupGreen onion; chopped |
| 1 canTomato soup |
| 1 largeEgg |
| 1 canWater |
| 1 teaspoonDry mustard |
| 1 teaspoonHot sauce; to taste |
Spicy Rice Balls Preparation
Oven Temp: 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4
Combine all ingredients except tomato soup, water and hot sauce. Mix together well.
Make balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place in baking dish.
Combine tomato soup, water and hot sauce and pour over meatballs.
Bake, covered for 1 hour.
Makes 30-36 small meatballs. Serve with toothpicks as hor doeuvres.
