1/2 cRed onion; chopped
1/2 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground
1/3 cFresh parsley; chopped
8 ozFeta cheese; crumbled
1/2 tsSalt
3 cPlum tomatoes; finely diced
3 tbolive oil
1 lbRadiatore or corkscrew

Plum Tomato-Feta Pasta Preparation

Combine tomatoes, onion, oil, parsley, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add feta and hot pasta; toss. Makes 6 servings.
