1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
3/4 tsSalt
1/4 cVinegar
1 tsOregano

Spiedies for Beef, Lamb or Veal Preparation

From: Molly Rood Date: Thu, 18 Jul 1996 20:21:55 -0400 Mix together all ingredients except meat. Pour over meat; mix well. Marinate overnight, or longer for better flavor.
