Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 tsGround cumin
2 Onions, chopped
3 tbUnsweetened cocoa
2 cnPinto or kidney beans
1/8 tsAllspice
1 1/4 cPace Picante Sauce
1/8 tsGround cloves
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 cnTomato sauce (29 oz)
1/2 cWater
1 tsDried oregano, crushed
1 1/4 tsSalt
1/8 tsNutmeg
2 lbLean ground beef
2 Garlic; minced

Chili Mole Ole Preparation

In Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients, except green pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 40 minutes.
