Banana Bread made with Splenda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter and Flour a 9" x 5" Loaf Pan.
Mix Butter and Splenda until creamy.
Add Eggs and beat well.
Sift the Dry Ingredients together.
Combine with Butter Mixture.
Blend well.
Add the Bananas.
Add the Sour Cream.
Add the Vanilla.
Stir well.
Add Nuts.
Bake 1 Hour until Toothpick comes out Clean.
Turn out onto Rack and cool.
