8 ozCheddar cheese; Grated
1/2 cHalf and half
8 ozMonterey Jack cheese; Grated
1 cngreen chilies; Chopped
2 tbOnion; finely chopped
2 tbFlour
4 Eggs

Chili Rellenos Appetizers Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch square pan. Beat eggs; stir in half and half and flour. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Cut in small squares. Serve warm. 25 appetizers.
