2. Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish,
3. On each place one onion slice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and lemon juice,
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each to suit taste.
5. Mix together the Ketchup and water and pour over the pork chops.
6. Cook for 40 minutes.
