Suggest a better descriptionPlace spinach on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist. Combine spinach and next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Shape into 2 1/2 inch balls with an ice cream scoop. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. To bake, place spinach balls on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until hot. Drain on paper towels. Place on red pepper rings on plate, if desired.
