Ingredients
| 1 3-oz Jarreal bacon bits |
| 6 Green onions; chopped |
| 1 10 oz Pkgspinach; froz chpd, Thawed and well drained |
| 1 8-oz Pkgcream cheese |
| 1/4 tsNutmeg |
| 5 lgFlour tortillas |
| 1 cSour cream |
Spinach Tortilla Rolls Preparation
Have tortillas at room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients until well distributed throughout mixture. Spread fairly thinly and evenly on tortillas. Roll each tortilla up jelly roll fashion and wrap individually in plastic film. Refrigerate overnight. Unwrap and slice into 3/4 inch rounds just before serving.
