Original recipe makes 6
2 8"pie shells; Pre-baked
QUICHE
3 cmilk
pepper and salt; to taste
1 cParmesan cheese; freshly
Nutmeg
CUSTARD MIX
1 cnArtichoke hearts; chopped in
6 Eggs
1 cSpinach; finely chopped

Spinach-Artichoke Quiche Preparation

To make the custard, mix the ingredients together. Place spinach, artichoke hearts and cheese into pie shells. Add the custard mixture. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake 45 minutes to one hour until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If using processed Parmesan cheese, use less salt in the custard mix.
