Chinese Barbecued Ribs

| 6 lbSpare ribs |
| 2 tbGarlic; minced |
| 1 tbCider vinegar |
| 2 tbfresh ginger; Minced |
| MARINADE |
| 6 ozBeer; flat is okay |
| 1/3 cSoy sauce |
| 1/3 cscallion; Minced |
| 1/3 cHoisin sauce |
| 1/3 cHoney |
Chinese Barbecued Ribs Preparation
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and pour the marinade over the ribs. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
