2 Onions; sliced
3 Carrots; chopped
Baby corn; and/or Water chestnuts Variation
1 cWater; or sherry
6 ozSnowpeas; optional
1/2 lbMushrooms; chopped
2 lgTomatoes; chopped
1/2 lbMung bean sprouts; or Chopped cabbage
3 tbSoy sauce; or tamari
For me, optional
Crushed pineapple
1 tbOil; [or spray oil], Or just sherry -- enough for Sauteeing

1 Zucchini; chopped

Chinese Stir-Fried Vegetables and Pineapple Preparation
