2 tsThyme
4 Garlic; minced
28 ozCatsup
1 tbNuoc mam
2 tb(heaping) good chile powder
2 tsCumin
1 tbWorcestershire
1/2 cCider vinegar
2 tbPrepared mustard
1/2 tbCocoa
1/4 cBourbon
1/2 mdOnion, minced
1 tbBacon fat
6 ozAmber beer
8 Chipotles en adobo, minced
Black pepper to taste

Chipotle Bbq Sauce Preparation
