Original recipe makes 16 Servings
1/2 cPecans; finely chopped
1/4 tsBlack pepper
2 lbCrackers
1/4 cmilk
1/4 cOnion; minced
1 cSour cream
1 lbCream cheese; room temp
2 tbGreen bell pepper; finely
5 ozChipped beef

Chipped Beef Dip Preparation

Preheat oven to 350?. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350 F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
