Suggest a better descriptionQuarter tomatoes to fill bottom 1/3 of pan. Cook at medium heat - cut up rest of ingredients. Add and simmer for 2-3 hours. In quart jars add 1 tsp canning salt and 1 tsp sugar before adding juice. Fills 16 quart containers. Hot water bath 20 min.
