Chocolate Chess Pie Preparation
Preheat oven to 350?. Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat. Mix remaining ingredients together; add melted chocolate and mix until well blended. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set-top may ripple a bit when you tap the edge of the pan, but should not slosh. Cool on wire rack before slicing.
