Chocolate Covered Cherries #4 Preparation
Mix sugar, milk, butter and pecans or coconut. Form into small balls. If making Chocolate Covered Cherries: mix sugar, milk and butter. Form around a cherry. Chill, dip into melted 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate or 1 package chocolate chips and 1/4 block of paraffin. Double boiler works best or over hot water.
