Add yeast, egg, sugar, salt, lemon rind
Add flour until combined and no longer sticky. let rise in a warm place, about an hour
Roll out dough, and either cut into 3 long strips to plait, or leave whole.
Mix filling ingredients and spread over rolled out dough. Roll into one long log, then curl around itself. let rise again for 45 minutes to an hour. After 2nd rise, brush with egg glaze. Bake 35-40 minutes in 375 degree oven
