Chocolate Pecan Fudge Pie
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 3/4 cPecan halves, chopped |
| 1 Frozen Shortening Pie shell |
| 3 Eggs, slightly beaten |
| 1 cCHIPITS Semi-Sweet Chocolate |
| 1/3 cSugar |
| 2/3 cCorn syrup |
| Vanilla ice cream |
Chocolate Pecan Fudge Pie Preparation
In a large bowl thoroughly combine melted chocolate, corn syrup, sugar and eggs; stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell which has been placed on a cookie sheet. Bake in 400F oven 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350F and bake 20 minutes longer. Cool then chill. Slice and serve with ice cream and RICH N Satin Chocolate Sauce. Makes 8 servings.
