1 1/2 cevaporated milk; Undiluted
2 csemi sweet Choc. morsels; Nestle toll house
Crust
1 8-inchPrepared choc. crumb crust
Pecans; chopped
2 Egg yolks
Whipped cream

Chocolate Satin Pie Preparation

whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in 2-quart sauce pan. heat over mediun-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. stir in morsels until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is very smooth. pour into crust. chill until firm. top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts. recipe from Nestl82s "everyday Desserts That Are Simply Delicious"

I have made this recipe before. This is the simplest recipe to do and tastes wonderful..Always be sure to follow directions as stated. You can also get the kids to help you.
