Preheat oven to 425 . Grease 12 muffin cups. Combine dry ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in chips. Spoon into cups. admonsta 10 months agoI regularly make a double batch of these in the hope they will last more than an hour. The whole family love them, but I have to hide the choc chips from hubby until I've made them!
