Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef in skillet for 6-8 minutes over medium high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Set aside. Clean out skillet with paper towel.Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add snow peas and red bell pepper, stir fry 2-3 minutes or until vegetable are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over cooked rice.
