Heat oil in large fry pan.add onion and potato.cook until potatoes are slightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Add venison to pan and sear.remove from pan and add to potatoes. Allow to cool. Add shredded cheese.cut pie crust into 4" rounds and stuff with meat filling.preheat oil and deep fry pies until crispy.
