Chow Fun Noodles
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1
| 2 Carrots; sliced & slivered |
| 1/2 lbFresh shrimp; shelled |
| 1/2 Stalkscelery; sliced |
| 1/4 tsAjinomoto |
| 1 cWater |
| 1 tbsedame seeds; Toasted |
| SEASONINGS |
| 1 cGreen onion; chopped |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1/2 lbPork; sliced |
| 2 tbVegetable oil |
| 2 12-oz packageChow Fun noodles |
| 1 pkBean sprouts |
| 1 tsShoyu |
| 1 tsCornstarch |
Chow Fun Noodles Preparation
Stir fry shrimp and ork in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add seasonings and stir fry an additional minute. Add noodles and vegetables and cook another 2 minutes. Do not overcook vegeatables.
