Original recipe makes 9
2 Bananas; extra ripe
2 tbSugar
TOPPING
2 tbFlour
1 cWhole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cPecans; coarsely chopped
1 tsVanilla
1 Egg
2 tbMargarine; melted
2 cBisquick
1/2 tsCinnamon
1/2 cBrown Sugar; packed
1/4 tsAllspice

Christmas Morning Coffee Cake Preparation

Puree bananas in blender. Combine bisquick, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Beat in pureed bananas, egg and vanilla. Turn batter into well greased 9" square pan. Break up cranberry sauce. Spoon evenly over batter. For topping: Combine brown sugar, nuts, margarine and flour; sprinkle over cranberry sauce. Bake in 400~ oven for 25 minutes or until center tests done.
