Suggest a better descriptionPut flour in mixing bowl. Make a hole in the middle. Mix yeast, salt, sugar, milk and melted butter and egg. Add to hole in flour. Kead into smooth dough. Dough should not stick to hands. Leave to prove in warm area 1 hour. Meanwhile, cut plums in half. Roll out dough and place into buttered springform. Cover dough with 1/4 of the crumb topping. Arrange plums, then cover cake with the rest of crumb topping. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
Crumb topping: combine all ingredients (almonds on down) until pebble like.
