Suggest a better descriptionBake potatoes, remove skin and mash coarsely. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, garlic, 1 T chives, salt and pepper. Mix with mixer. Put in casserole and top with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and 1/4 cup chives.
Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
