Flavour packed burgers great in ciabatta rolls or just on their own with salad.
Put the lamb into a large bowl and mix in the ground cumin and coriander. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and fresh coriander and combine thoroughly.
Finally, add the crumbled Feta ensuring there are nuggets of the cheese throughout the burger.
Divide the mixture into 4 and press into burgers using burger press.
Grill for 5-6 mins each side until cooked through and serve as required.
