Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar & cinnamon. Add the sliced apples. Cook until apples are translucent, about 5 minutes. While the apples are cooking, put milk, eggs and vanilla in blender; mix thoroughly. Then add flour to mixture and blend. Spray pie dish with PAM. Add apples, then pour in batter. Bake for about 15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
