Suggest a better descriptionSpray 3.5-4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine chicken, sausage, bell pepper, onions, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, tomatoes and tomato paste in sprayed slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. About 25 minutes before serving, cook rice in 2 cups water as directed on package. Just before serving, stir artichoke hearts and olives into chicken mixture; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve on top of rice.
