1/4 tsCinnamon
1/2 cSugar
2 tbVegetable oil
1 tsCinnamon
1/4 tsNutmeg
1 Egg
1/3 cSugar
1/2 tsSalt
1/2 tsVanilla extract
1/2 cmilk
1 1/2 cAll-purpose flour
2 tsBaking Powder

Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Drops Preparation

In a large saucepan, heat 2-3 inches of oil to 375F. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, vanilla, and egg with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil, 5 to 6 at a time. Fry doughnut drops 1-1.5 mintes on each side until deep golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; roll warm doughnut balls in sugar cinnamon mixture.
