2 1/4 tsActive dry yeast; (or bread
4 cWhite bread flour
3/4 cRaisins
1 1/2 cWater
2 tbMargarine
1/4 cSugar
MIXINS
2 tsSalt
1 1/4 tsGround cinnamon

Cinnamon-Raisin Bread 2 Lb (Bread Machine) Preparation

1) Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.

2) Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.

3) Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.

4) Select bread type -Sweet Bread cycle. (For Oster number 8).

5) Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.

6) Add Mix-in when bread maker beeps, about 32 minutes after starting.
