Boil potatoes and drain and peel.
In large mixing bowl, add potatoes, brown sugar and butter. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients and pour into prepared casserole dish.
Bake, covered, for 40 mins. at 350?. Top with marshmellows and bake until browned.
