Delicious thick based drink
Put the cinnamon stick in a big pot with the 5 quarts of water bring to a boil. While the water is about to boil put guavas with its syrup in the blender then strain the guavas poring it inside the medium heat boiling water then adding the granulated sugar. Let it boil for 1 minute then add the pinch of baking soda. Aside mix 1/4 cups of water with the cornstartch until completly disolved, then pouring it in the pot. Keep sturing not stoping for 15 minutes. Its going to feel thicker as it goes. After 15 minutes pour the evaporated milk slowly while sturing it. Stur 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Serve hot in a mug let it stand for few minutes tt
o cool down a bit. Enjoy warm
