Press into a 9x13" pan and bake at 350° for 10 mins. Allow to cool
Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Stir in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Dissolve jello in boiling water and add frozen strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer when it's cool.
Refrigerate overnight.
