Date: Thu, 21 Mar 96 09:23:13 PST From: eboyd@shentel.net Preheat oven to 350 F. rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Combine flour and 2 teaspoons salt. Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Heat oil in large skillet over meduim-high heat. Brown pieces on all sides in hot oil, drain on paper towels. Place chicken in 3 quart casserole. Combine onion, celery, green pepper, ketchup, coca cola, worchestershire sauce, hickory salt, chili powder and salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon sauce over chicken to cover all pieces.
