Dry mustard
1 Bunchscallions/shallots
2 cnWhole pimentos
salad oil; 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar
2 lg Podsgarlic
5 lbShrimp; Boiled shelled cleaned or defrosted frozen
White vinegar
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
1/2 lg Bunchparsley
Salt

Cocktail Party Shrimp Preparation

Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or blender. Add to oil/ vinegar mixture. Mix well. Season to taste with other seasonings. Pour mixture over shrimp, turn several times. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally. Drain liquid to serve. Serve with toothpicks.
