Suggest a better descriptionBoil potatoes carrot celery onion in the chicken broth. When it starts to boil cover and simmer until done about 15 minutes. In the meantime in another saucepan melt butter add flour and slowly add milk cook until thickened stirring constantly. Slowly add to vegetable mixture. It will thicken as it cools. Add salt pepper and shredded cheese individually.
