Coffee Jello Preparation

From: esther@rochgte.fidonet.org (Esther H. Vail, Rochester NY USA) Date: 29 Aug 1995 17:03:03 -0500 Anything coffee-flavored is traditionally popular in New England, and one used to be able to buy a commercial product to make coffee jello from--but I havent seen it when visiting there within the last twenty years or so. Heres the from-scratch version. Tasty with a bit of heavy cream or whipped cream, naturally. Soak gelatin in cold water for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Chill until firm.
