Using your hands, crumble all of the butter into the dry mix.Add milk to the bowl and just mix until the dough forms a soft ball.On a floured surface, knead the dough eight to twelve times.Cut into desired size and roll, flattening them a bit. Fry for about two minutes on each side (depending on size). Remove from oil and cover with sugar.
