Original recipe makes 2
2 tbParsley; chopped
2 Tomatoes; chopped or canned
1 clentils; Any type of
2 tsDijon mustard
2 green onions; chopped, (up to 3)
2 tbOlive oil; (optional)
1 tbWive vinegar

Cold Lentil Salad Preparation

Cook lentils in water for 30 to 45 minutes (no salt) Drain. Blend in other things except for tomatoes, parsley and green onions. Chill. Add rest of the stuff. Serve cold with or without har.boi.eggs.
