One of the best flavored mushrooms!
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl put mushrooms in a dutch oven, pur sauce over making sure all are covered with the sauce. Have oven at 400. Bake covered for 3 hours, then uncover for last hour, but make sure to baste them every 10 mins. The longer you cook them the better it gets, but you want the sauce to bake downs to a nice sauce. They are very flavorful. I tried all kinds of mushrooms with this, but find that the white bring in the best flavor.
